Coming around, again...

It’s Wednesday again. Kinda feels like Groundhog Day for me, TBH.

But, alas:

So the moral of the story is simple—if you want a different outcome, you need different inputs. I don’t know what the magic formula for anything is, but if something is not working—don’t keep doing it.

If you want something to change, you need a change. Processes deliver the outcomes they are designed for. Don’t like the outcome, study the process. Adjust, adapt, fix, rebuild. Start again.

You make the change, you make the waves—might as well roll with them.

Don’t resist change. Create it. Who knows what might happen?
