It’s “funny” how single moments can hold opposite emotions and experiences. And I consider this in both collective and individual ways. Like when one team wins the Super Bowl and is elated, the other goes home dejected. Donna Kelce has one son on each team…so she’s probably thrilled and sad at the same time. How do you process and feel these at-odds feelings? How do you reconcile feeling one way and the opposite way at the same time?
Just go with it. Just go with them.
Life has a funny way of throwing those strangely conflicting moments at us. And they can be both overwhelming and underwhelming at once.
A good trick for helping resolve them is to break your routine.
Perspective is an all-purpose tool we can use any time, anywhere.
Don’t be afraid to use it and to shake it up.
Maybe a change would do you good.
Last post in February. If you live in New England like I do, you’re probably wondering what the heck happened to Winter, and you probably have vague feelings of dread about March/April weather. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
It’ll be ok—Summer is on the way!
Hope you’re having a great week.
